You may request a withdrawal of available funds in your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Processing time for withdrawal requests is typically 4-6 hours during Western Indonesia Time (WIB) business hours (08:00-17:00 WIB, Monday-Friday). No withdrawal fees are charged by hoki18 for standard withdrawal processing. However, your bank or payment provider may charge receiving fees or currency conversion fees, for which hoki18 is not responsible. Expedited withdrawal processing may be available for VIP players as part of their membership benefits.
hoki18 may offer various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated on the promotional page or communicated to eligible players.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) before it becomes withdrawable. For example, a bonus with 10x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount ten times. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period (typically 30 days), after which the bonus and any associated winnings will expire.
Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are specified in each bonus's terms and conditions. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at reduced rates or not contribute at all.

Maximum bet limits may apply while a bonus is active (typically Rp 25,000 per bet). Exceeding the maximum bet limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings. hoki18 reserves the right to withhold, revoke, or cancel any bonus at any time if we suspect abuse or if you violate these Terms and Conditions or the specific bonus terms.
All bets placed on hoki18 are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure that all bet details (selection, stake amount, odds) are correct before confirming your bet. hoki18 is not responsible for user error in bet placement.
The maximum and minimum bet limits vary by game type, sport, market, and player account level. hoki18 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse or limit bets from any player at our discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity or advantage play.
If a technical error, system malfunction, or obvious pricing error results in incorrect odds being offered or bets being accepted, hoki18 reserves the right to void such bets and refund stakes. Examples of obvious errors include but are not limited to decimal odds displayed as 1.01 for a highly uncertain outcome, or odds offered on an event after the outcome is already known.
For sports betting, all bets are settled based on official results provided by the relevant sports governing body or official competition organizer. Settlement of bets may be delayed until official confirmation of results is available, particularly in cases where results are disputed or subject to review.
If a sports event is postponed or rescheduled, bets will remain valid if the event takes place within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time. If the event does not take place within 48 hours, all bets will be voided and stakes refunded, unless otherwise stated in the specific sport rules.
Live in-play betting is subject to acceptance delays to prevent betting after the outcome is already known. hoki18 employs technology and manual monitoring to prevent late betting, and reserves the right to void bets placed after the relevant incident has occurred (for example, a goal scored, a wicket taken, or a point won).
All casino games, slot games, and live dealer games offered on hoki18 are provided by third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages displayed for each game represent long-term statistical expectations over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee results in any individual gaming session.
In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void. If your game session is disconnected while a game round is in progress, the round will complete automatically according to the game rules, and your balance will be updated accordingly. You can set the following limits on your account at any time by contacting customer support: daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits; session time limits with automatic logout; cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days); and permanent self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months. All limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Limit decreases take effect immediately.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account within 30 days. Unclaimed funds after this period may be forfeited. Accounts closed due to responsible gaming concerns (self-exclusion or cooling-off periods) cannot be reopened before the exclusion period expires.
Upon account closure or suspension, you must immediately cease using our services. Any attempt to open a new account after your account has been closed will result in the new account being closed and any funds forfeited.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results obtained from using our services will be accurate or reliable. You acknowledge that your use of hoki18 services is at your sole risk.
Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your account during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to offshore licensed operators serving Indonesian players. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of hoki18 services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and hoki18.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.
